I look for and see the divinity that is inside each of my students.
I consider it an absolute honor to be a yoga teacher and to witness the personal transformation in my students on many levels as they continue to practice and understand the meaning of yoga and how it is reflected in their lives.
It is wonderful to have had the opportunity to work with so many students and yoga teachers over the years in their respective countries, sharing the journey that yoga offers.
I sincerely hope that you enjoy your unique yogic journey that your dedicated practice and teaching brings to you. Yoga is an endless exploration to be experienced within yourself and to be shared with your students.

In recent years I have had the privilege of conducting many trainings of the Puja Method of Restorative Yoga in various countries and numerous yoga centers and studios.
Each and every one of my students has left their mark on my heart and I am happy to see how they evolve and apply my teachings with their own students and with themselves.
There are many yoga teachers who have been certified in the Puja Method of Restorative Yoga in different countries where I have had the honor to teach, and for this I am deeply grateful.

The method is created primarily for yoga teachers but dedicated students and other professionals from different health and wellbeing fields can also benefit greatly.
