RESTORATIVE YOGA Teacher TRAINING
After 45+ years practicing and 35+ years teaching yoga and meditation, I have developed my own restorative yoga method: “The Puja Method of Restorative Yoga”. It is synthesis of what I have learned from many extraordinary teachers, from my practice and the exploration of my own body, mind and spirit.
The Puja Method does not refer to restorative yoga as a new style or school of yoga. It is a selection of postures, that help the practitioner to explore deeper relaxation, stillness and inner mental and physical peace.
It combines postures (asana), props, conscious breathing (pranayama), hands on assists, relaxation, meditation and different techniques to calm the body and the mind.
