- Safeguard Clause.
All the clauses or ends of this contract must be interpreted independently and autonomously, the rest of the stipulations not being affected in the event that one of them has been declared NULL by a final court ruling. - Dispute Resolution.
Susan Beth Flamm is not responsible for the non-execution of these conditions in the event of force majeure, as defined by the Spanish courts and in the event of default of the client or an unforeseeable event by a person outside the contract.
For any divergence caused by the breach of the conditions of purchase and sale, the two parties will expressly submit to the courts and tribunals of Valencia, except as established in the consumer regulations, waiving theirs if it were another.
Susan Beth Flamm is not responsible for the consequences that may result from an inappropriate use of the products sold on its website.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES
When will I pay for my order?
If you have chosen paypal as a payment method, the payment will be automatic when you confirm the order and paypal confirms the payment of the amount in our account. If you choose bank transfer you will have to make the transfer from your bank and the payment will be effective when our bank confirms it.
If you choose to pay by card, the order cannot be taken into account and will not be processed until the payment has been authorized by your bank or savings bank. Online payment by credit card is made through the “Secure Socket Layer” security system, which encrypts your bank details when they are transmitted over the internet.
We will proceed to send your order only once we have received the payment, whatever the means of payment. In any case, you agree to bear the shipping and return costs in case of rejecting or changing the order later.
If any of the items you have chosen are not available, and we have received payment from you, we will refund the amount of the item not available by the same means that you paid.
Can I change my shipping details after placing the order?

For what reasons has my package been returned?

Returns & Exchanges

Is it possible to have a different shipping address than the billing address?
If it is possible to send a package to a different address than the billing one. However, for shipments outside the European Union and due to customs problems, the order must be made with the same name and the same address of the recipient.
