ONLINE TRAINING BY ZOOM
This training is given once a year in Spanish and once a year in English Two weekends of 7 hours on a Saturday and Sunday (with breaks)

from 2pm – 9:30 pm/ 8am – 4:30 pm/ 1 pm to 8:30 pm/ 6 am – 1:30 am

Resting and Healing with Restorative Yoga Training
This course is available to anyone who is a yoga teacher or a dedicated student of yoga
Credits available for yoga teachers in Yoga Alliance USA (must be present for all hours live)
Required reading and must have Restorative Yoga with Assists Manual, By Sue Flamm (Puja) which we will be using throughout the course.
