Eating well
I have always loved eating. In my twenties my friends would laugh at me because I loved to eat so much and was always sounding when I ate, mmmmm, yummmmy, smacking my lips, I ate with great gusto. Then when I was married my husband would tell me, “you make too much noise when you eat”. He was into appearances and I learned to eat with my mouth closed and not make too much noise. Now I continue to enjoy eating very much and I am somewhere in the middle with my outward enthusiasm.
I have always loved healthy food, fresh fruits and vegetables and anything made with good intentions. One of the most important ingredients of any food is the love and the care that has been put into it. Food made with love carries a special energy. Food is energy, everything vibrates here on earth and food is no different. So when it is prepared with good energy those who eat it receive the healing vibrations along with the nutrients in the food.
Biting into something delicious is such a sensuous experience. The temperature, the texture, the flavor, dry or juicy, there are so many interesting variations. Some foods melt in your mouth, others crunch, some do both. Food is never the same, there are so many ways to prepare the same ingredients, it is a creative workshop.
I actually tend to do some of the same things over and over but I am always mixing it up depending on what I have in the fridge or what is in season in the market. I also tend to share recipes with friends and I am constantly learning some new way to prepare something that could get repetitive.
So here is a new recipe that I just learned:
Gluten Free Buckwheat Bread
Combine together:
500 grams buckwheat (soaked overnight in water)
after soaking drain and rinse the buckwheat
200 ml water
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoons baking soda
½ teaspoon malic acid
½ teaspoon tartaric acid

Blend with a hand stick blender or other kind of food processor until everything is smooth
then for the Seed Bread version:
Stir in each a handful of chia, pumpkin and sunflower seeds. You can use other seeds too if you like.

Or you could add walnuts and raisins instead which makes an incredible bread too.

Get creative and try mixing in other ingredients too, other fruits or nuts.
Turn into a well-oiled baking pan, bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
Cool, slice and add your favorite topping❤
