In this training you learn to guide students to a deeper level of Restorative Yoga that helps them release layers of tension and make them feel more comfortable in their bodies, minds and spirits.
More clarity is provided on Restorative Yoga and strategies to improve your practice and teaching, including variations according to different bodies, as well as approaching and directing the physical, emotional and mental body in restorative postures.
It delves into the relationship of the mind and the immune system, as well as relaxation and the central nervous system.

REQUIREMENTS: Yoga teacher
For yoga teachers, bodyworkers, nurses and physical and mental health therapists, occupational therapists, etc. Learn how to guide your students in a restorative yoga practice to help them release layers of tension and feel comfortable in their bodies. Sue Flamm offers clarity on restorative yoga and how it relates to the 8-limb path of yoga, variants for different body types, how to approach the emotional body and the mental body in restorative poses.
Through personal and teaching practice, with lectures and debates, this training covers:
